Q.  How do I know if I have a case?
A. Each case is unique and depends on a variety of circumstances.  Only an experienced civil litigator can accurately assess the facts of your case to determine whether or not you have a legal cause of action.

Q.  How do I pay attorney’s fees if I don’t have enough money?
A. Our firm accepts payment from clients on a contingency fee basis.  In a contingency fee arrangement, you do not have to pay our attorney’s fees unless and until there is a favorable result, including a favorable settlement or if your lawsuit is successful in court.  If you do not win, you will not have to pay attorney’s fees.  Prior to taking on your case, we will discuss the details of this arrangement with you.

Q.  How do you determine what my case is worth?
A. The amount your case is worth depends on many factors, such as the extent of your injuries, emotional distress, pain and suffering, and/or monetary losses.  For example, in a personal injury case, the amount your case is worth will depend on such factors as the nature and extent of your injuries, whether your injuries are temporary or permanent, the amount of medical bills, lost earnings, lost future earning capacity, and your percentage of fault in the cause of the accident.  On the other hand, in a case involving wrongful termination or employment discrimination, the amount your case is worth may depend on such factors as your lost wages and benefits, emotional distress, and pain and suffering.  With over 35 years of experience, our firm understands which facts and legal arguments are most likely to get you a good settlement or award in your case.  We will diligently research the facts of your case to come up with an accurate assessment of its value.
