In 1981, Mr. Rosenberg was one of the trial attorneys responsible for obtaining one of the first jury verdicts in Los Angeles County against the asbestos manufacturers Johns-Mansville and Owens Corning Fiberglass Corporation.  The case, Arceneaux v. For additional information, please see the verdicts and settlements page.

Early in his career, Mr. Rosenberg was a partner in the prominent plaintiffs’ firms of Greene, O’Reilly, Broillet, Paul, Simon, McMillan, Wheeler & Rosenberg (now Greene, Broillet & Wheeler) in the 1980s, and Jacobs, Jacobs & Rosenberg from 1994 to 2005.  During this time, he concentrated his practice on representing injured individuals and families who had lost loved ones in wrongful death actions.

In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Rosenberg has extensive experience working with legislators in California and U.S. Congress on issues related to the civil justice system.  He served as consultant to the Controller for the State of California from 1988 to 1990.  Mr. Rosenberg is also an experienced mediator and is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) panel of the Los Angeles Superior Court.  For additional information on his mediation services, please see the Rosenberg Mediations site.
